Palak
Globally certified yoga instructor with a Master’s degree in Yoga and over a decade of teaching experience—first in India and later in Singapore. Specializing in pre-/postnatal and children’s yoga, she blends traditional yogic philosophy with modern anatomy to create safe, personalized, and transformative classes.
