Palak

Globally certified yoga instructor with a Master’s degree in Yoga and over a decade of teaching experience—first in India and later in Singapore. Specializing in pre-/postnatal and children’s yoga, she blends traditional yogic philosophy with modern anatomy to create safe, personalized, and transformative classes. Renowned for her intuitive guidance, Palak emphasizes breath awareness and precise alignment, ensuring every student—regardless of age or ability—leaves feeling empowered, balanced, and deeply connected.

Nani

With 460+ hours of specialized training, Nani delivers safe, transformative yoga tailored to your needs.
